The Director of Creative Performance & Analytics is a global leadership role responsible for elevating how creative effectiveness is measured, understood, and optimized across the full funnel. This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and culture—partnering closely with Creative, Consumer Insights (CI), Media & Analytics, Marketing/IMC, and Social teams to ensure creative work drives both brand relevance and commercial impact.

This leader will report into the SVP, Creative Services and build and scale a Creative Performance and Analytics function from the ground up, developing new frameworks, tools, and ways of working that go far beyond standard metrics like CTR and view rates. The goal: generate actionable creative insights that directly inform ideation, execution, and evolution of creative work, pre-launch and in-market, across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Performance Strategy

  • Define and lead the global creative performance and analytics measurement strategy across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish best-in-class frameworks for evaluating creative effectiveness across the full funnel, from awareness and consideration to conversion and long-term brand impact.
  • Elevate deep creative diagnostics that connect creative choices to sales performance, brand lift, and cultural relevance and translate these insights to creative teams to action.

Pre-Launch Creative Intelligence

  • Partner closely with Consumer Insights & Strategy teams to inform creative development before launch.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable guidance for creative teams during ideation and concept development.
  • Help creative teams understand what will resonate with consumers and culture before creative goes live.

In-Market & Post-Launch Analysis

  • Lead post-launch creative performance analysis across global markets and platforms working with Media & Analytics teams.
  • Identify what is working, why it’s working, and how creative can be optimized, evolved, or scaled.
  • Deliver concise, compelling recommendations that creative teams can act on quickly.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to Creative Leads and teams, embedded in the creative process—not a downstream reporting function.
  • Collaborate closely with Media, Analytics, Marketing/IMC, and Social teams to ensure alignment between creative, media strategy, and performance goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on creative effectiveness and investment decisions.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing Creative Performance team from the ground up.
