Position Summary
The Manager, Corporate Audit leads internal audit projects that assess financial and operational controls across the company. This role manages audit engagements from planning through reporting, supervises audit staff, and communicates results to senior leadership and the Board.

What You’ll Do

Lead Audit Projects

  • Manage multiple, complex internal audit projects at the same time
  • Plan audit scope, timelines, and staffing with business partners
  • Review process documentation and identify key risks and controls
  • Oversee audit testing, quality, and progress
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource needs

Audit Execution & Reporting

  • Perform and review audit testing and documentation
  • Analyze results and assess business impact
  • Draft clear, concise audit issues and reports for senior leadership
  • Communicate findings and work with business teams to resolve issues

Team & Department Support

  • Coach and review work of junior audit staff
  • Support department initiatives, training, and team development
  • Promote integrity, inclusion, and a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or auditing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CIA, CISA, or progress toward certification
  • Audit project planning and project management experience
  • Knowledge of business processes, risks, and internal controls
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
