How You’ll Make an Impact
- Leverage industry experience and relationships to retain and grow revenue within your Book of Business consisting of various different sized Property Management companies.
- Your network should consist of high-level Decision-Makers, Champions and day-day users/influencers within the Property Management Marketing teams.
- As much as 30% of your time will be focused on client retention and growth, while as much as 70% of your time will be spent prospecting net new logos.
- Meet or exceed your quarterly revenue and pipeline creation goals (3X minimum).
- Maintain the appropriate level of outbound activity, as defined by your leader, to ensure success and growth.
- Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their KPIs and ensure they are extracting maximum value from the SOCi platform.
- Collaborate with SDR, CS and other support teams to deliver superior service and resolve any issues.
- Using Clari and Salesforce, track and report on account performance, renewal forecasts, and sales pipeline.
- Provide weekly updates and forecasting, both in Clari and during weekly 1:1, to senior leadership on client and prospect accounts.
- Continuously stay abreast of new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
- Must Have:
- 5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property / multifamily vertical or a closely related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
