About the Role

The Order Processing Specialist will process customer purchase orders and be responsible for administrating Veeam software licenses. The task is handled by data entry and auditing of Purchase Orders received through our distribution partners and is completed through our Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) system, Salesforce and Vpower.

What You’ll Do

  • Fulfill orders received from distributors and Alliance partners
  • Updating and maintaining the Veeam CRM system (Salesforce.com & Vpower)
  • Maintains good relationships on internal and external channel to ensure issues can be resolved quickly
  • Validate order information in line with updated rules and policies
  • Auditing pricing, part numbers, and ensuring policies for purchase are followed;
  • Generate licensing keys and distribute to appropriate customers for confirmation of fulfillment of orders;
  • Building licensing contracts within our CRM (Salesforce & Vpower) and develops new renewal opportunities for future business;
  • Updates all CRM records pertaining to the orders;
  • Ensuring proper and consistent communication of issue status to partners, providing necessary instructions and guidelines;
  • Maintains working knowledge of products, order fulfillment policies and procedures, contractual agreements and basic accounting processes;
  • Auditing requests information and ensuring policies for changes are followed;
  • Performing order information analysis in line with updated rules and policies
  • Participating in team meetings and taking responsibility for order processing improvement initiatives and other assigned action items;
  • Whenever required collaborating with sales, renewals, deal desk representatives of helpdesk, backend team or web team on joint issues or projects;
  • Being up-to-date with any changes to the supported products and license management
  • Being ready for regular reevaluations of skills and knowledge on the supported products and achieving defined scores;
  • Operating in an environment with frequent changes, as well as demanding situations
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems
  • Perform timely execution of month end closing procedures
  • Meet department-standard metrics while maintaining high quality performance
  • Audit customer returns requests, create transparency, and work with Sales, Financial and the Distributor to reduce the number of returns
  • Accuracy in Fulfillment processing
  • Handle queries related to Order Bookings, Revenue Splits and Revenue recognition

What You’ll Bring

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
