Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a talented team of data analysts on the migration, cleansing, and integration of data from multiple legacy systems
Develop and implement robust data quality standards and processes
Dive into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Establish and enforce data quality metrics, rules, and controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Create insightful and comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Develop and maintain a metadata repository to document data assets, definitions, and lineage
Qualifications:
Required:
US citizen with Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance upon hire
Proven track record in executing strategic data management and integration programs
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within government or defense sectors
Extensive experience with ERP systems, particularly in implementation and data migration
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with large-scale data migration projects
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate plans and strategies to executive-level positions
Familiarity with DoD logistics systems is highly desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field
Desired:
Agile certification (SAFe) and experience working in an Agile environment
SAP expertise (public sector/DoD preferred)
Direct experience with commercial and Federal supply chain best practices

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
