Senior UX Designer at Conga sit at the intersection of UX craft, strategic research, and systems thinking. This is a senior role with end-to-end ownership across complex enterprise product areas, from early problem framing and user research through interaction design, delivery, and iteration.

They engage with business context, not just feature specs. They know how to frame a problem, facilitate alignment across disciplines, and hold a high bar for craft without losing sight of what ships.

Here’s what we’re looking for…

Lead UX design for complex, cross-functional product areas from early problem framing through delivery
Design for intelligent and automated product experiences including agentic workflows and conversational UI
Collaborate with engineering to shape architecture decisions across core product experiences that have downstream UX impact
Plan and conduct strategic user research including interviews, usability testing, and concept validation
Define interaction patterns that extend the Phoenix design system and ensure consistency at scale
Communicate design strategy to stakeholders across leadership, engineering, and product
Working with product teams to identify KPI’s that inform the analytics strategy
Mentor junior and mid-level designers to elevate best practices and design thinking across the UX team

Required Skills:

7+ years of product design with a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise or SaaS UX work
Experience designing for AI-powered features: agentic workflows, AI assistants, or automated decision surfaces
Proficiency in Figma including component architecture, auto layout, prototyping, and design system contribution, plus hands-on familiarity with vibe coding and AI-assisted design tools (Cursor, v0, Bolt, or similar)
Demonstrated foundation in core UX methods, including user stories, journey maps, wireframes, and mind maps, and t
