Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer

Join our transformation journey as a lean professional supporting kaizen activities, standard work documentation, and data-driven process improvement. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with a passion for lean manufacturing and a desire to grow in a structured CI environment. 

Please note: This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville offices and does not offer remote work. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Plan & lead cross-functional kaizen events focused on lean fundamentals, standard work, visual management, flow, problem-solving and strategic growth/ capacity initiatives
• Drive the implementation of tools and processes across operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial functions 
• Develop internal capability by training and coaching team members/ leaders in lean thinking, daily management and continuous improvement practice
• Create and execute improvement roadmaps based on assessments of the business system maturity  
• Enable teams to embrace standardization, accountability, and data-driven decision making
• Identify, document and disseminate internal best practices
