As Product Manager - Platform Experience & Supplier Connect, you'll play a central role in shaping how Quantium's users experience our products every day. Within our Consumer and Retail Product team, you'll contribute to platform decisions that balance user needs, commercial outcomes, and an ambitious AI-first roadmap. If you're a product manager with a few years under your belt and a genuine curiosity about what AI can unlock for B2B platforms, this is an opportunity to grow into meaningful ownership at a company genuinely invested in the space.

 

How will you make an impact? 

  • Contribute to platform strategy: Support evaluation and continuous improvement of Q Portal and our commercial platforms, helping shape how thousands of users interact with our products globally

  • Explore AI-first opportunities: Identify and champion ways AI can enhance user workflows, automate processes, and deliver smarter platform experiences — curiosity and experimentation are valued here

  • Drive Supplier Connect forward: Work with stakeholders to develop and execute the roadmap for Supplier Connect, balancing user needs with commercial priorities

  • Improve the customer experience: Deliver platform improvements through user research, subscription management optimisation, and customer support enhancements

  • Build strong working relationships: Collaborate across engineering, commercial, and product teams to move initiatives forward and keep stakeholders aligned

  • Stay close to users: Run research, gather feedback, and make sure the voice of the user informs your decisions

 

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team: 

  • Platform or B2B product experience: You've worked on platform or B2B digital products and understand how decisions affect diverse user groups. You're comfortable navigating the competing needs of engineering, commercial, and end-user stakeholders.

  • AI curiosity: You think about how AI can improve experiences and are actively exploring what that means in practice, whether through experimentation, personal projects, or on-the-job delivery.

  • Structured thinking: You know how to frame a problem, build a case, and communicate a recommendation clearly. You're data-informed and comfortable in ambiguous situations.

  • Commercial awareness: You understand how B2B SaaS and subscription products work and can connect platform decisions to business outcomes.

  • User research fundamentals: You're comfortable running research, synthesising feedback, and translating what you learn into product decisions.

  • Clear communicator: You can work across levels, from engineering squads to leadership, and keep people aligned without needing a formal mandate to do so.
