About the Role:
The Principal, Indoctrination Strategy serves as the strategic architect for translating strategic doctrine into enterprise-wide culture change. This role designs and directs the comprehensive indoctrination strategy that embeds doctrine-informed thinking across all internal functions converting doctrine into educational programs, training opportunities, knowledge assets, and incentive structures that drive lasting behavioral change at scale.
Reporting to the Sr. Strategist, Adversary Ops, this Principal IC exercises wide latitude in determining objectives an approaches to critical assignments, is widely recognized as a subject matter expert and thought leader, and serves as a spokesperson for adversary-first culture transformation.
What You'll Do:
Design and own the enterprise indoctrination strategy, translating strategic doctrine into educational and training programs tailored for various audiences across CrowdStrike
Develop and deliver training programs and curriculum across multiple internal learning & development platforms
Conduct audience analysis for all educational initiatives to ensure content and delivery mechanisms drive relevance, engagement, and behavioral impact
Develop roadshow materials and content for executive meetings, senior leader offsites, product strategy sessions, and town halls (global and org-specific)
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management infrastructure – wiki pages, slide decks, long-form documentation, and other shareable assets – ensuring doctrine is easy to find, understand, and apply
Analyze corporate incentive structures to identify misalignments with doctrinal adversary-first thinking and recommend structural changes
Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership to embed strategic doctrine into performance management, compensation, and recognition frameworks
Apply UX/UI strategic thinking to ensure doctrine is embedded across all user personas
Serve as an external spokesperson for strategic doctrine and culture transformation initiatives
Contribute to industry conversations on adversary-first thinking and organizational culture change
What You'll Need:
B.S./B.A. or equivalent preferred plus 15+ years relevant experience (can be flexible depending on performance and potential)
Minimum 8+ years in roles involving organizational culture change, strategic program development, or enterprise transformation
Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or adversary-focused environments
Proven track record designing and executing large-scale, multi-stakeholder educational or training programs across various audiences
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change at enterprise scale
Exceptional ability to tailor messaging, content, and delivery for audiences ranging from frontline operators to C-suite executives
Strong writing skills for creating clear, compelling documentation, educational materials, and executive communications
Experience analyzing and recommending changes to organizational incentive structures or performance management systems
Proven ability to build networks and drive alignment across organizational silos without formal authority
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to develop strategy and structure in emerging or undefined areas
Bonus Points:
Prior experience at CrowdStrike
Background in organizational development, change management, or culture transformation
Formal training or certification in change management methodologies
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design, or curriculum development
Background in content strategy, knowledge management, or information architecture
Experience with UX/UI strategy or human-centered design
Published articles, conference presentations, or speaking engagements in relevant domains
Track record presenting to C-suite or board-level audiences
