About the Role
Entain is PHD UK's largest pitch win, and this position offers the opportunity to lead two of its flagship brands: Ladbrokes and Coral. As Business Director, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and take full ownership of media planning and activation for both brands, overseeing a combined media budget exceeding £50 million. You will ensure Ladbrokes and Coral remain at the forefront of innovative media strategy, leveraging the best talent and expertise from PHD and the wider Omnicom Media group to deliver outstanding results.
About You
You are an accomplished media professional with proven experience managing major accounts within UK media agencies. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional media solutions for your clients. Key attributes include:
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to set and execute forward-thinking media strategies for high-profile brands.
- Client Partnership: Skilled at building strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of media investment, budget management, and driving value for clients.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and insights to inform media planning and optimise campaign performance.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and responding to evolving client needs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and inspire both clients and teams.
