Our job is to make sure that it never changes.  We are seeking a driven, high-energy Recruiter to support rapid growth in our roofing sales organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, partnering, and hiring both 1099 independent sales representatives and W2 retail sales professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruiting, thrives on hitting hiring targets, and is skilled in using modern recruiting tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse. 

Role Description and Expectations  

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roofing sales roles (1099 and W2) 
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
