Job Description

Affinity is a division of Match Group that builds and scales some of our fastest-growing dating and social products. Every month, millions of users come to Affinity apps like BLK, Chispa, Yuzu, Upward, and Salams to form meaningful connections rooted in shared community and values.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape and scale growth experiences across our Affinity portfolio. This role is ideal for a designer who pairs strong product thinking with high craft, enjoys solving complex funnel and engagement problems, and is excited to influence both design direction and team practices. While this role is an individual contributor, interest in people management or prior management experience is a plus as the team continues to grow.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas, TX office 3 days/week. We offer relocation assistance for candidates who are currently based out of state.
