Sales/BD Manager (Commercial Fit Out)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on commercial fit-out projects.
  • Identify new market segments and client opportunities (corporate offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to create compelling proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare and manage tender submissions and RFPs.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Sales, Client Services or Business Development capacity
  • Experience in commercial fit out, real estate or hospitality industry is strongly preferred
  • Capable of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
