Reporting to the Go-To-Market Compensation Director, the Sales Compensation Analyst supports the day-to-day administration of incentive compensation programs. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely commission processing, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reporting and analysis. The Analyst partners closely with cross-functional teams to help execute compensation processes and improve operational efficiency.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Support the administration of incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely commission payouts
  • Process monthly and quarterly commissions and assist with accrual calculations
  • Validate data inputs (quotas, crediting, bookings) and help identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Support Xactly operations, including data uploads, payout validation, and plan and quota distribution
  • Assist with system testing (UAT) and validation of compensation plans and system changes
  • Build and maintain reports on attainment, payouts, and compensation trends
  • Support the creation of dashboards and provide data insights to GTM and Finance teams
  • Assist in the administration of SPIFFs and incentive programs
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, and Systems teams to ensure accurate data flow and process alignment
  • Provide support to sales teams by answering compensation-related questions
  • Assist in maintaining documentation (SOPs, plan documents, calculators)
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data and large datasets
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets required
  • Experience with Xactly or other ICM systems is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
