Job Description

Microsoft Power Platform Developer and Knowledge Manager

The Opportunity:
As an embedded software engineer, you know how to create and maintain crucial pieces of software. You use your knowledge to write and optimize code that creates a bridge between pieces of software, allowing them to communicate. We’re looking for an experienced embedded software engineer like you to develop technology for our clients’ most important mission-forward challenges.

As a senior embedded software engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll support the development of systems, sites, and tools for our clients. Using the latest tools and technology, you’ll write, test, and edit code in support of the team’s overall results. You’ll create and manage Microsoft Power Platform applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You'll develop, deploy, test, and implement client-side custom solutions and applications, including workflows, web parts, event receivers, web services, application pages, master pages, list definitions, and custom code using HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript. You'll work with clients to gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to define and scope projects, operational reporting dashboards, and document requirements and applications functionality. You'll provide day-to-day operations support and configuration management, serve as the point of contact for differentiating functional issues from technical issues, and resolve technical issues. You’ll provide guidance for innovative solutions to achieve client goals and client objectives. You’ll work with other team leaders to troubleshoot and correct operational issues, as well as with cybersecurity specialists to ensure that the software you’re creating is secure.

Work with us to further your tech career and make a meaningful difference.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
