ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Global Account Manager for our most prestigious Swiss-based strategic accounts, you will architect and lead the global expansion of Everpure’s footprint within a high-stakes "hunter" territory. You will serve as the primary conductor for a cross-functional global team, transforming complex business challenges into seamless, high-impact data solutions that redefine how industry titans manage their infrastructure. By fostering deep-rooted partnerships with C-suite executives and Global Systems Integrators, you will drive the mission of turning global accounts into long-term, referenceable advocates.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect Global Account Strategy: Orchestrate and execute comprehensive multi-year account blueprints that align Everpure’s innovation with the client’s global business objectives, ensuring predictable revenue growth and market share dominance.
  • Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle for complex, multi-national contracts, navigating intricate partner and supplier dynamics to deliver high-value outcomes for both the customer and the business.
  • Cultivate C-Suite Partnerships: Build and maintain a sophisticated network of relationships with "C" level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence their long-term technology roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Synthesize Market Intelligence: Analyze global industry trends and competitor landscapes to proactively pivot sales strategies, ensuring our value propositions remain ahead of market shifts and customer requirements.
  • Direct Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead internal regional teams and external partners (GSIs) in a unified "team-sell" approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals and the seamless execution of global service level agreements.

  • Strategic Sales Mastery: Proven expertise in penetrating large-scale global accounts and navigating the complexities of "hunter" territories, with a focus on closing multi-million dollar global contracts and exceeding aggressive growth KPIs.
  • Executive Influence: Exceptional ability to translate technical advantages into business value for C-level audiences, backed by strong decision-making skills and the presence to earn respect across diverse, global organizations.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading distributed teams and managing complex partner ecosystems (such as GSIs and Channel Partners) to deliver unified customer experiences across multiple geographies.
  • Linguistic & Technical Acumen: Professional fluency in English and either Swiss-German or French is essential for navigating the local and global landscape; a deep understanding of data storage, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is required to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
