We are currently seeking a talented freelance Project Manager to join our team in Rome. As a Project Manager within our Project & Development Services (P&DS) division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction and development projects throughout Italy. Your role will involve delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and diverse stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables

  • Establish quality standards and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety guidelines

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution

  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment that values diverse perspectives and approaches

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing transparent updates on project status and promptly addressing any issues that may arise

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle

  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and strong working relationships

Financial & Budget Management

  • Develop and track project budgets, reviewing and approving project expenses, invoices, and change orders to maintain cost control

  • Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Travel Requirements

  • Availability for travel within Italy for project management assignments lasting more than one day

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction or real estate industry

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and Italian building codes and regulations

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken Italian and English

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and efficient solutions

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Commitment to fostering inclusive practices and respecting diverse perspectives

Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/una talentuoso/a Project Manager freelance per unirsi al nostro team a Roma. Come Project Manager all'interno della nostra divisione Project & Development Services (P&DS), sarai responsabile della supervisione e gestione di molteplici progetti di costruzione e sviluppo in tutta Italia. Il tuo ruolo prevederà la consegna dei progetti nei tempi stabiliti, nel rispetto del budget e in conformità agli standard qualitativi.

Responsabilità Principali

Pianificazione e Coordinamento dei Progetti

  • Collaborare con clienti, architetti, ingegneri e diversi stakeholder per definire obiettivi, ambito e finalità del progetto

  • Sviluppare e mantenere cronoprogrammi dettagliati dei progetti, garantendo l'allineamento con le principali milestone e deliverable

  • Stabilire standard qualitativi e condurre visite periodiche in cantiere per garantire l'aderenza alle specifiche di progetto e alle linee guida sulla sicurezza

Leadership e Gestione del Team

  • Guidare e coordinare i team di progetto, inclusi appaltatori, consulenti e fornitori, per garantire il successo dell'esecuzione del progetto

  • Promuovere un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e collaborativo che valorizzi prospettive e approcci diversi

  • Monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto, identificare potenziali rischi e implementare strategie di mitigazione per garantire il completamento tempestivo dei progetti

Gestione Clienti e Stakeholder

  • Mantenere una comunicazione regolare con i clienti, fornendo aggiornamenti trasparenti sullo stato del progetto e affrontando prontamente eventuali problematiche

  • Fungere da punto di contatto principale per i clienti, rispondendo a richieste, preoccupazioni e feedback durante l'intero ciclo di vita del progetto

  • Collaborare efficacemente con stakeholder interni ed esterni per garantire una comunicazione chiara e solide relazioni di lavoro

Gestione Finanziaria e del Budget

  • Sviluppare e monitorare i budget di progetto, revisionando e approvando spese, fatture e ordini di variazione per mantenere il controllo dei costi

  • Identificare e gestire proattivamente potenziali rischi e problematiche che potrebbero influire sulla consegna del progetto

Requisiti di Trasferta

  • Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia per missioni di project management della durata superiore a un giorno

Qualifiche Richieste

Formazione ed Esperienza

  • Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria, Gestione delle Costruzioni o campo correlato (Laurea Magistrale costituisce un plus)

  • Esperienza comprovata come Project Manager nel settore delle costruzioni o immobiliare

  • Solida conoscenza delle metodologie di project management, best practice e normative edilizie italiane

Competenze e Capacità

  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo, con abilità di definire efficacemente le priorità

  • Eccezionali capacità comunicative e interpersonali, con padronanza scritta e orale della lingua italiana e inglese

  • Forti capacità di problem-solving e decision-making, con focus sulla ricerca di soluzioni pratiche ed efficienti

  • Competenza nell'uso di software e strumenti di project management

  • Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e collaborativo in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante

  • Impegno nel promuovere pratiche inclusive e nel rispettare prospettive diverse
