Engineer, Service

How you will do it:

• ​Perform on-site servicing for Access System and CCTV/VMS (Video Management System) to maintain security uptime and compliance including troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), firmware/patching, backups and client support
• Troubleshoot Controllers, readers, locks, cameras, NVR, storage and networks (PoE/VLAN/IP)
• Close service tickets/reports within SLA (Service Level Agreement) upon completion of servicing
• SLA response/resolution, First Time Fix Rate
• Coordination with customer

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical & electronics or related field.
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience in service engineering with basic knowledge in building security system.
• Able to read wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and IP networking basics
