A Day in the Life

JD: Compliance COE – Japan

Main Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance and finance reviews and approvals in compliance systems, ensuring business activities involving HCP/HCO interactions comply with BCS policies and procedures.

• Support and perform data validation for compliance transparency reporting.

• Provide guidance on compliance policies and procedures to business stakeholders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.

• Support ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Proficiency in Japanese and English

• Solid analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal & communication skills

• Ability to manage workload under pressure and demonstrate strong teamwork spirit
