Data Team is a diverse team of technology enthusiasts enabling our global business. Data Product Manager is an integral part of the Data team.  You will be responsible for defining the delivery and support for applications utilizing Snowflake, Azure and related data tools. As a Data Product Manager, you are responsible for managing Data Product Delivery and Support team. This role requires strong relationships with business stakeholders and key staff members to clearly understand the overall business objectives and functional process requirements. This role is responsible for translating the business requirements into a functional data product.  This position must be able to work across organizational boundaries to manage the successful execution of projects and initiatives, ensuring on schedule, on-quality, and on-budget project performance. This role will provide oversight and direction to the data product delivery staff aligned to each project. You will be liaising with other IT departments, gathering cost/ time estimates and propose these to the business customers giving them a full overview of cost, process, and timings.

How you will do it

  • Lead and manage technical and solution delivery resources for projects.

  • Ensure functional and technical governance is in place.

  • Coordinate with Business Partners/ Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Architects and CoE teams for the successful delivery.

  • Maintain ‘state of the art’ technical and functional expertise in the assigned areas of responsibility.

  • Work with architecture and operations departments to ensure that Data products follow company standards at a high level of availability.

  • Support the analysis of designs, developing, testing and implementing changes to the Data product.

  • Lead the results of the testing cycle of system design changes prior to migrating to Production environment.

  • Cooperate with Release Manager to resolve readiness and deployment schedule of the data product modifications or enhancements.

  • Supports the solution migration strategy for moving changes between environments.

  • Work with the external application vendors on issue resolution, enhancements, and improvements.

  • Act as liaison between Corp IT and the business teams.

  • Partner with ePMO, Delivery organization & IT business partners to ensure tight governance, high velocity & cost-efficient delivery of Data Solutions.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of concepts, best practices & functions to implement Data Solutions.

  • Connect with management to limit any uncontrolled expansion of work.

  • Drive values & behaviors to ensure compliance, integrity & financial commitment.

What we look for

Required

  • BSc/MSc in Software Engineering/Computer Science or similar.

  • Overall, 3-5 years of professional experience.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using various development methodologies to deliver Data Solutions on the data platform. Snowflake experience is preferred.

  • Validated expertise of Big Data Analytics, Cloud Data platforms.

  • Proven record in multiple successful deliveries of data solution projects in all sizes.

  • Success in leading & mentoring diverse teams.

  • Experience working on projects with Integrations or data warehouse.

  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and documentation skills.

  • Outstanding communication, written and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership, influencing & collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching & mentoring individuals and teams.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 3,000 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
