The central cluster of Europe has a population of approx. 1650 employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, this position will be located in the heart of our German Headquarters in Waldbronn, close to Karlsruhe.

We are looking for an experienced, service-orientated, and team-compatible HR specialist focusing on HR support and admin tasks, in particular contract generation, in an international, highly dynamic environment which is currently undergoing an exciting transformation. This position is created to cover for one of our team members currently on maternity leave.

The main responsibilities of the incumbent cover amongst other:

  • Employment contract generation and responsibility for the end-to-end process, including a close collaboration with our HR consultants, our partners in Staffing/Talent Acquisition and HR Services/Payroll, and the internal reporting and tracking.
  • Filling the role as single point of contact for our Payroll Service Optimization project Germany, i.e., leading the tasks and deliverables working closely with our HR Services and Payroll partners.
  • Providing additional global HR employee support in our new established tiered service delivery model. This includes managing the daily incoming mail, both posted as well as screening our HR generic email inboxes.


 

Qualifications

The required minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Proven track record of working in an HR admin/support function of at least 5 years, preferably in an international environment.
  • Very good understanding of the overall HR function, end-to-end.
  • Excellent organization and structural skills, including the ability to think broadly and multitask.
  • Practical approach, solution- and service-driven.
  • Excellent skills in German and fluent skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Team player mentality.
  • Versatile in all MSOffice tools (outlook, powerpoint, excel, MSTeams).

Preferred additional skills:

  • Sound understanding of German labor law.
