What You Will Be Doing

As Regional Account Manager, you will work with leading logistics companies, fleet operators, and public transport providers to deploy scalable EV charging solutions for trucks, vans, and buses across the UK and Ireland.

The commercial vehicle sector is rapidly transitioning from pilot projects to large-scale electrification programs. In this role, you will help customers design and implement integrated depot charging ecosystems that combine software platforms, charging infrastructure, and smart energy management.

You will lead strategic, solution-driven sales engagements, supporting customers through complex fleet electrification initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, technical integrations, and long-term infrastructure planning.

The UK and Ireland represent a high-growth strategic market for ChargePoint, and you will have significant autonomy to expand our presence, build long-term customer partnerships, and deliver impactful electrification projects

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead a software-first consultative sales approach while owning full commercial responsibility for ChargePoint’s depot charging portfolio, including software platforms, chargers, infrastructure components, and service offerings (consulting, extended warranties, and premium support).
  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts through on-site meetings, proactive prospecting, digital engagement, webinars, and industry events.
  • Build trusted relationships with fleet operators across logistics, public transport, and commercial vehicle sectors.
  • Understand customer needs across fleet operations, depot design, energy management, telematics, and digital workflows.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, long timelines, and structured procurement processes.
  • Support customers through large-scale depot electrification projects involving multi-charger installations, energy optimization strategies, and long-term software platform adoption.

Partner & Ecosystem Development

  • Engage and enable regional ecosystem partners including vehicle OEMs, infrastructure integrators, installers, engineering consultancies, and energy partners.
  • Develop joint opportunities with partners, coordinate bid strategies, and support partner-led deals with commercial and technical guidance.
  • Strengthen ChargePoint’s role within the broader fleet electrification ecosystem.

Solution Design & Technical Engagement

  • Work closely with Solution Engineering to design scalable and future-ready depot charging architectures, including charger selection, load balancing, smart energy management, and operational workflows.
