- Prevent uncontrolled or duplicate content from entering production libraries
- Manage part status, obsolescence, supersession, and historical traceability
- Support reuse strategies by enabling engineers to easily find and trust approved content
Data Quality and Release Support
- Monitor engineering data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Support release readiness by validating attributes, revisions, and lifecycle states
- Identify recurring data issues that contribute to rework, plant issues, or warranty concerns
- Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve systemic data gaps
Process Enablement and Continuous Improvement
- Support and improve workflows related to Capital and NX data usage
- Develop and maintain standard work, job aids, and training materials
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data-related questions (non-IT support)
- Lead improvements to data governance models, standards, and cross-functional processes

- 5 years of experience in Library/ Data Management
- 2 years of dedicated experience working with Mentor Capital or Zuken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data structures
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
