Roles and Responsibilities

This position involves working within the Lynn Engine Assembly Quality team as a support to manufacturing control and compliance functions. This role provides support to the larger development quality pillar by serving as the in-shop interface between turbofan assembly operations and quality/compliance. This role has moderate levels of hands-on tasks on the assembly shop floor.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Documentation and certification control
  • Support for first article inspection where required
  • Interfacing with customer focals to support various audits and/or shop visits
  • Collaboration with Systems and Evaluations engineering
  • Hardware release inspections, including engine shipments
  • Support the Compilation Quality Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and continuous improvement
  • Corrective Action Consolidation and tracking
  • Support to Development Product Engineers as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience)

The base pay range for this position is $90,850.00-$105,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on April 8, 2026.
