Your new role...
As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Marketing and Sales teams from early planning all the way to premiere night. This role helps shape and drive our film campaigns, manage materials and timelines, support key cinema partners, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
A key part of this role will be your contribution to our social media presence. You’ll help develop and prepare materials, support the execution of content that drives reach and engagement, and work with the team to ensure we deliver best‑in‑class communication across our channels. In addition, support influencer marketing initiatives by identifying relevant creators, coordinating collaborations, and staying up to date on digital and social media trends to maximize campaign impact.
To succeed and really thrive here, your personal approach matters just as much as your professional skills. You bring a naturally positive and proactive attitude, meeting new tasks and challenges with energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You take initiative, enjoy taking ownership, and feel motivated by the responsibility of keeping many moving parts aligned. At the same time, you work in a structured and detail‑oriented way, while maintaining strong relationships across teams and with partners, something that comes easily to you because you communicate well, collaborate openly,
and genuinely enjoy working with people.
This is a dynamic and fast‑paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across strategy, operations, sales, and marketing, and become an essential part of how our films reach audiences.
Our promise: You will learn a lot!
