Summary of Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own the revenue forecast, identify risks, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver predictable quarterly and annual results. This role combines analytical rigor with operational leadership, requiring strong judgment, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to drive accountability across Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate revenue forecast based on customer demand signals, orders, opportunity pipeline, and commercial inputs

  • Partner with Sales, Business Units, Supply Chain, and Finance to reconcile forecast assumptions and ensure alignment on revenue expectations

  • Identify revenue risks and opportunities and drive closure through cross‑functional coordination

  • Escalate blockers promptly and ensure cross‑functional issues affecting revenue are resolved

  • Forecast non‑product revenue items (e.g., services, fees, adjustments) to ensure revenue forecast accuracy

  • Track orders, delivery timelines, supply constraints, and changes in customer demand to ensure revenue targets remain achievable

  • Communicate forecast updates and risks & opportunities to leadership and stakeholders

  • Support continuous improvement by standardizing workflows, improving forecasting processes, and introducing scalable tools or dashboards

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without authority

  • Highly proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity

  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones

  • Hybrid work requirement (Austin, TX)

  • Fluency in English (written & verbal)

  • Minimal travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the semiconductor industry

  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI

  • Experience with D365

  • Experience using AI for data analysis and forecasting

Expected Salary Range

$59,000.00 - $103,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
