A professional specialized in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and pipelines. Their main function is to ensure that the water, drainage, and sanitation systems of the hotel work properly and are in optimal condition. In other words, they are responsible for ensuring the adequate supply of hot and cold water in rooms and common areas, as well as troubleshooting issues such as leaks, clogs, and other inconveniences related to pipes and plumbing equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the initial installation, regular maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in all areas of the hotel, ensuring that all electrical installations operate correctly and safely.

• Ensure that all electrical installations comply with local and national electrical codes and regulations, maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve electrical problems such as short circuits, power failures and other mishaps, efficiently minimize service interruptions.

• Guarantee constant and reliable electricity supply in critical areas such as rooms, common areas and security systems, avoiding inconveniences for guests and staff.

• Participate in energy improvement initiatives, proposing solutions and technologies to optimize electrical energy consumption in the hotel and reduce operating costs.

• Take charge of the installation and maintenance of efficient lighting systems and control technologies that adapt to the needs of the hotel and its guests.

• Maintain accurate records of all tasks performed, from installations to repairs, as well as keep track of scheduled preventive maintenance.

• Work closely with other employees, such as the direct supervisor, to ensure that electrical requirements are covered in all hotel activities.

• Contribute to the proper functioning of the hotel's electrical installations, always ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
