Role Overview

As our Brand Management Leader, you will play a pivotal part in Coupang’s Retail (Rocket delivery) business. With sound judgement in Retail business, you will analyze complex problems and phenomena to identify root causes and solutions, and serve as a great leader, exceptional communicator, and negotiator.

In the key areas of Retail business including Brand Management, Business Planning (Program Management), and Selection Planning, you will build strategic relationships with our retail partners and set conditions for negotiations that can improve our revenue and profit, driving growth and profit of our Retail business as well as world-class customer experience. Our mission is to create a world where people ask, “how did we ever live without Coupang?”.
