About the Role

In this role, you will act as the primary lead for our third-party marketplace partnerships (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber, etc.). You will act as the bridge between our digital storefronts and our delivery partners to drive GMV growth, maximize channel presence, and ensure a seamless click-to-door experience. Your success is measured by channel sales growth, fulfillment reliability, and the continuous optimization of the partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of Kohl’s same-day delivery providers (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber, etc.), driving performance accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement

  • Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate cost efficiency, operational KPIs, and growth opportunities; identify gaps and implement corrective action plan

  • Evaluate and onboard new delivery partners, support contract negotiations, pilot new features, and lead market or category launches

  • Partner with Marketing and Merchandising to design and analyze same-day delivery promotions and digital campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, and repeat usage

  • Monitor On-Time Delivery, order defect rates, cancellations, wait times, and customer satisfaction metrics; identify root causes and implement cross-functional solutions

  • Collaborate with Store Operations to streamline picking, staging, and courier handoff processes to reduce friction and improve fulfillment speed

  • Partner with Product and IT to strengthen inventory synchronization, real-time accuracy, and order routing logic to minimize cancellations and out-of-stocks

  • Support system enhancements and workflow improvements that reduce manual intervention and improve fulfillment scalability

  • Act as the internal advocate for same-day delivery, aligning Digital, Technology, CX, and Store Operations teams around shared service and growth goals

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • 3+  years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or business development
