Principle Specialist, HR Operations – Mergers & Acquisitions
This dynamic and fast-paced role within Enterprise Services Business Solutions will be responsible for supporting leadership in analyzing and executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture priorities (MA&D) across RTX (including identifying implications for both HR and Payroll Business Solutions functions).
What You Will Do
- Support human capital and business services due diligence on areas such as compensation, benefits, compliance, HR technology, payroll, accounts payable, order to cash, etc. Identify risks, barriers and opportunities related to HR and Business Services operations.
- Assist in the translation of due diligence findings into actionable strategies for integration aligned with business goals.
- Assist and as acumen increases lead end-to-end functional integration at a detailed level, including HR systems, total rewards, talent acquisition, payroll, accounts payable, order to cash, etc. to align with future business needs.
- Support cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration with effective project management to track progress, resolve highly complex issues, and influence business leaders. Interact with business leaders on confidential MA&D priorities and translate into actionable plans.
- Ensure legal compliance including payroll, accounting, benefits, labor laws, and HR systems.
- Travel up to 20%, or as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Minimum 6 months working M&A and/or Global project implementation and integration experience.
- Prior experience in HR operations, Finance, compliance, and workforce strategy within a multinational organization.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR, Strategy, and/ or Consulting
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, solve complex problems, lead through ambiguity and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Proficient in HR & Finance technology platforms, especially Workday & SAP. Working knowledgeable of HR & Finance best practices and compliance with state and federal employment laws, payroll, taxes, benefits, accounting, vendor contracts, and HR systems.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and administrative abilities.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
