The opportunity:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team This leadership opportunity is a great fit for someone who blends hands-on coding expertise with a strategic understanding of modern application architecture, cloud native technologies, and agile team collaboration within the media and marketing landscape. We encourage applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript, focusing on modular component architecture and seamless integration with backend APIs and authentication flows (e.g., OAuth/Cognito).
Architect and implement serverless solutions leveraging the AWS Serverless stack, including API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB, with a strong focus on single - table design and efficient indexing strategies.
Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure using AWS CDK (preferred) or Terraform, ensuring automated, repeatable, and version-controlled deployments of all cloud resources.
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.

What we want from you:

We’re ideally looking for someone who is comfortable across the entire stack and can take ownership of feature
delivery from design to deployment. The ideal candidate should have:
• Frontend Skills:
o React with TypeScript, using modular component architecture
o Integration with APIs and authentication flows (OAuth/Cognito)
o Experience with frontend build tools and bundlers
• Backend Skills:
o Node.js with TypeScript, following clean architecture and modular service design
o Strong grasp of AWS Serverless:
▪ API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, CloudTrail,
X-Ray
• Infrastructure and CI/CD:
o Hands-on experience writing and maintaining infrastructure using CDK (preferred) or
Terraform
o Comfortable with GitHub Actions pipelines, including integration with AWS CodeBuild,
managing environments, and implementing approval flows
• General:
o End-to-end ownership mindset — from writing business logic to observing production behavior
o Bonus: experience working with event-driven architectures and building systems with high
observability and resilience
