• End-to-end delivery: Own and drive high-quality analytics outcomes across client engagements, ensuring timeliness and measurable business impact
• Trusted advisor: Build strong client relationships and embed as a strategic analytics partner, shaping and scoping work by translating complex challenges into clear analytical approaches
• Account growth: Identify opportunities to expand scope, deepen relationships, and deliver additional value across your client portfolio
• Team leadership: Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts, providing direction, performance management and capability uplift
• Technical excellence: Oversee methodologies, code quality, and robustness of outputs, while driving AI and automation adoption to improve efficiency and scalability
• Stakeholder influence: Lead client discussions and presentations, clearly articulating and quantifying the commercial impact of analytics delivered

 

The superpowers you’ll be bringing to the team: 

• Experience: 7+ years in analytics, data science, or consulting-related roles
• Analytics capability: Deep technical proficiency in Python and/or SQL, statistical methods, and data interpretation
• Consulting mindset: Strong stakeholder management, problem structuring, and communication skills — including presenting to senior audiences
• Leadership: Proven experience managing or mentoring teams, including performance and professional development
• Commercial acumen: Ability to identify opportunities and grow client engagements
• AI curiosity: Experience or genuine interest in applying AI/GenAI and automation in delivery
