Director, Big Data and Product Delivery

Role Responsibilities

As Data Product Leader based in Pune, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing data products that aggregate and analyze data to provide valuable insights for business stakeholders.  You will lead the Risk & Compliance Data Product, Data Engineering capabilities for the CDO function. You will also –

• Develop a roadmap for data products aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead a team of engineers, driving performance management, fostering innovation. 
• Identify and document data requirements from various stakeholders, including data scientists, analysts, and business users.
• Oversee the development and implementation of data products, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with various teams, including engineering, data science, and business units, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Promote data literacy and driving adoption of data products across the organization.
• Track key metrics, analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or relevant and 10+ years of product management experience.
• Advanced Analytics, AI/ Gen AI degrees from an accredited university is a plus.
• 12+ years of total work experience
• Have a track record of launching successful digital consumer products and understand new technologies and their relevance to consumers
• Have International experience or has deployed products for global customers with 5+ years of web and mobile product experience.
•  3+ years of mobile and web consumer marketing experience.
• The ideal candidate will have to have experience with Gen AI capabilities for productivity gains, for data engineering and data quality to increase the fidelity of the data.

Work Shift
