As an Executive Assistant at Plaid, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CTO and Head of Product Engineering while managing our EPDD Executive Assistant team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving cross-functional projects, and mentoring a team of EAs to act as force multipliers for their respective leaders. Success in this fast-paced environment requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and strategic priority management.
