Job Description

About the Role:

As a Senior Executive on a global luxury fashion client, you will sit at the heart of one of OMD’s most iconic client partnerships. You’ll support the day‑to‑day delivery of integrated campaigns, helping to develop media plans and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, brings strong organisation and attention to detail, and delivers proactive, reliable client service.

You will be a key member of the global client leadership team for a luxury fashion client, responsible for client service, campaign planning and network management. Based at OMD EMEA’s London HQ, you will be part of an immediate team of 6, and a wider team of c. 30 specialists across strategy, performance, operations, and D&T. Beyond London, you’ll also collaborate daily with colleagues across 10+ markets including UK, US, China, Japan and Korea.

You will support the day‑to‑day management of the business and coordination across markets, helping to drive effective work while delivering reliable client service. Reporting into the Client Leadership Senior Manager, you’ll assist with campaign development and implementation for a set of markets within our network, working closely with specialists across the agency and helping to maintain strong client relationships.

About You:

  • Serve as a main point of contact across a number of markets, helping to build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships, as well as own client comms relating to these markets.
  • Apply strong media planning fundamentals and work with the wider client leadership team to ensure all outputs reflect the brand’s luxury standards.
  • Assist in end‑to‑end campaign delivery, coordinating together with the account, operations and specialist teams, to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Review and organise local market deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with guidance from senior leads.
  • Support the coordination of global partnerships and ad‑hoc projects, working closely with senior leads to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage your own workstreams effectively, prioritising tasks and communicating progress clearly.
  • Good communication and presenting skills, with the ability to participate in client and internal presentations as needed.
  • Maintain strong ownership of deadlines and task management, while staying adaptable to evolving client and business needs.
  • An interest in and awareness of media landscapes across diverse markets, including both Eastern and Western regions.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a forward‑looking mindset, with interest in how AI and automation can improve ways of working.
