Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance requests, workspace setup, and general office services.
- Serve as a primary contact for facility-related questions and support requests.
- Coordinate with vendors and building management for maintenance, repairs, and scheduled services.
- Building Maintenance: Managing repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
- Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with outside contractors for cleaning, catering, security, and landscaping.
- Staff Supervision: Oversight of maintenance, janitorial, and security teams.
- Maintain office supplies, site documentation, and operational records.
- Provide administrative support to site leadership and assist with meeting or event coordination as needed.
- Support employee onboarding logistics such as workspace setup and site access
- Assist with safety, compliance, and facility documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or similar operational support roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard workplace systems.
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must have good written and oral skills
Salary range: $75,000–$85,000 annually, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 63,750.00 - $75,000.00
