We're seeking a driven Principal Product Manager who blends product expertise with technical understanding. The ideal candidate is skilled at translating customer needs into product features, collaborating with engineering teams, and contributing to our product strategy. You'll work closely with customers to solve complex operational challenges, help shape our product roadmap, and play a key role in bringing innovative AI solutions to market. Key job responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap for agentic AI solutions in operational excellence
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Define and prioritize features that address key customer pain points
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Support go-to-market activities, including pricing and packaging recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with other AWS teams to ensure seamless integration

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience- 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
Preferred Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
