As a Labor Relations Manager at Terex/Genie, based in [Monterrey, México (Ciénega de Flores), you'll play a pivotal role in manage employee-employer relationship]. [main contact with union representatives
What you’ll do
- Address and resolve labor conflicts
-Represent the company with union
-Design strategies to maintain a stable work environment
-Ensure proper administration of labor processes
-Advise leaders and management
What you’ll bring, experience required:
- Deep knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, regulations, NOMs, and all other applicable labor legislation
- Experience with labor indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, work climate, discipline, and negotiation metrics. Management of internal and external labor audits.
- Direct participation in union negotiations, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) reviews, wage reviews, and the day‑to‑day administration of the collective agreement.
- Management of labor disputes, internal investigations, disciplinary actions, and employment terminations.
- Deep knowledge of union processes, including: assemblies, voting procedures, CBA legitimization and updates, Internal work regulations, union–management relations
