THE ROLE

The Investor Relations Analyst plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the company’s financial and strategic narrative to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. This role combines financial analysis, strategic thinking, market intelligence, and communication skills to support the company’s investor relations strategy and ensure transparent, accurate, and compelling messaging to the investment community.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, an understanding of financial statements and capital markets, and an interest in the technology sector. They will work closely with Finance, Strategy, Corporate Communications, and Executive Leadership to support earnings processes, investor engagement, and long-term value creation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Financial Analysis & Modeling

  • Analyze quarterly and annual financial results, including revenue drivers, margins, cash flow, and key operating metrics.
  • Monitor and interpret performance trends across business segments, products, and geographies.

Earnings & Disclosure Support

  • Assist in preparing quarterly earnings materials, including Earnings releases & Investor presentations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Business Units.

Investor & Analyst Engagement

  • Support preparation for investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and analyst days.
  • Compile briefing materials for executive leadership, including investor profiles, shareholder analysis, and key talking points.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and valuation metrics within the technology sector.
  • Analyze peer disclosures, investor positioning, and market perceptions.

Shareholder & Ownership Analysis

  • Track shareholder base composition and changes in ownership.
  • Analyze institutional investor holdings, trading activity, and proxy voting trends.

Strategic Projects & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, FP&A, Corporate Development, and Communications on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IR processes, tools, and reporting.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1–4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, FP&A / Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Consulting.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth industries preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Familiarity with financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with IR tools and platforms (e.g., FactSet, IR Insight, Q4, Nasdaq IR) preferred.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
