Systems Analyst

The Opportunity: 

As an intelligence specialist with expertise in systems analysis in support of SOCEUR priorities in the EUCOM AOR you'll utilize all-source analytical tools, such as Voltron, FADE-MIST, RMT or TAC, National Production Workshop, MARS, Palantir MSS, or MCS-COP, intelligence databases. Have a deep understanding of Critical Factors Analysis methodology to research, analyze, author, and brief systems analysis products to the client, with an emphasis on identifying and highlighting critical vulnerabilities. Identify gaps to drive future collection and disseminate information relevant to SOCEUR production and requests for support.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience conducting all-source analysis

  • 5+ years of experience with executing system analysis during the development of CFA including, identifying critical capabilities, critical requirements, and critical vulnerabilities

  • 5+ years of experience aggregating, distilling, and analyzing large data sets to identify opportunities

  • Experience in working with Collection Management to articulate intelligence gaps identified during CFA process 

  • Experience with IC analytical writing standards, tradecraft standards, and product publication

  • Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Publication (JP 3-60) and CARVER analysis

  • Knowledge of Voltron, FADE-MIST, RMT or TAC, National Production Workshop, MARS, Palantir MSS, or MCS-COP

  • Ability to succinctly brief client leadership and colleagues on results of research

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of center of gravity analysis, and how to make recommendations based on research from target system analysis products

  • Possession of excellent written and oral communication

  • Joint Targeting School Staff Course completion

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
