The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective inventory control throughout Pall International entities. 

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Planning & Inventory and is part of the Centre of Excellence Planning Department located in Fribourg and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Support plants with inventory counts, expiration date management and interim stock control
• Control and authorize write offs and stock adjustments in line with policy
• Review inventory critical metrics and lead monthly Material review Board
• Keep procedures up-to-date
• Approve and review returns, ensuring compliance to returns policy
• Assist CoE planning Team in ad hoc analysis

Who you are:

• Analytical attitude, strong accuracy and attention to details
• Good command in Excel and Mathematical competency
• Capability of working autonomously
• Knowledge of ERP / SAP preferred - inventory transactional experience a plus

This role is offered full-time, with flexibility to consider candidates at 80%
