Role Overview

The Acquisitions Analyst will work directly with the VP of Acquisitions to source, evaluate and acquire sites for new data center developments. This role blends financial analysis, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to support high-impact decisions that shape the company’s growth strategy. You’ll prepare clear, compelling materials for executive stakeholders, analyze supply and demand dynamics, assess infrastructure and regulatory factors, and build rigorous financial models. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys analytical work, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets & Investor Narrative Development

  • Develop investor-grade presentation materials that clearly articulate market thesis, development strategy, capital deployment, and return profile.
  • Draft Investment Committee memos summarizing market dynamics, financial performance, due diligence findings, risks, and strategic rationale.
  • Translate complex financial models into concise, board-level materials suitable for Investment Committee and external capital partners.
  • Distill materials and reports into clear exhibits, charts, and executive summaries aligned with institutional investor expectations.

Financial Modeling & Underwriting

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and developm
