Overview:

BS Degree in Electrical Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in test/validation engineering, preferably within the automotive or related industry.
This position focuses on the validation and testing of electrical components and systems.
The role involves defining and executing test strategies to ensure product performance, reliability, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
This is a technical engineering role requiring strong analytical skills, experience in test development, and the ability to interpret data to support design decisions.
The engineer will play a key role in identifying issues, predicting failures, and recommending design improvements based on test results.
Experience in test planning, data analysis, and working with test equipment is essential.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Development
Develop and define test plans, procedures, and specifications for electrical components and systems
Ensure alignment of testing activities with design requirements, performance targets, and standards
Create data settings and define test conditions to simulate real-world usage
Determine validation scope and identify additional testing needs when required
