Tender Manager

As a Tender Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the entire tender process within our organization, with a specific focus on the Buidling Management Systems business line in the Benelux region. You play a key role in successfully responding to (inter)national tenders and proposal requests. You work closely with sales, legal, finance, and operational teams to deliver winning submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the end-to-end tender process across the Benelux region.
• Focus on tenders related to Systems & Controls solutions.
• Analyze tender documents and translate them into a clear bid strategy.
• Draft and edit high-quality, customer-focused, and distinctive proposals.
• Monitor deadlines, ensure quality, and maintain compliance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and required documentation.
• Identify risks and ensure legal and financial requirements are met.
• Evaluate completed tenders and implement improvements for future submissions.

Profile:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with tenders in Building Management Systems domains is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
