Principal AI Product Architect

What success looks like in this role:

Role Purpose

• Design, build, and deliver AI-powered products from concept to revenue
• Translate emerging technology into usable, valuable, and scalable solutions
• Own the intersection of product, engineering, and user experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI, automation, and innovation products at enterprise scale
• Translate emerging technology into production-ready software and commercial outcomes
• Design and deploy AI infrastructure and agentic workflows to support product delivery
• Build reusable playbooks, toolkits, and patterns that accelerate future delivery
• Lead full-stack product engineering across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and scaling
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and technical architecture aligned to user needs
• Shape user experience and ensure delivery of practical, usable solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide requirements into deliverable outcomes
• Mentor teams on product thinking, design, and delivery practices

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree and 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master’s degree preferred

Technical Competencies

• Full-Stack Engineering: Laravel, React, Inertia.js, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, PostgreSQL
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Hetzner, Laravel Forge, cloud-hosted application delivery
• AI & Automation: Agentic workflows, local-first AI, content pipelines, applied AI systems
• Product & UX: Human-computer interaction, user-centred design, product lifecycle management

Leadership & Impact

• Owns product outcomes end-to-end
• Bridges business intent and technical execution
• Ensures delivery of commercially viable, user-centred solutions
• Drives innovation through practical application of emerging technology
