Join Our Team as a Project Engineer
Are you ready to engineer safety and innovation in some of the world’s most demanding environments? We’re seeking a skilled Project Engineer to help deliver cutting-edge fire suppression solutions across the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors—both onshore and offshore.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing fire protection systems tailored to complex industrial environments. From brownfield retrofits to greenfield developments, you’ll ensure every solution meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and compliance.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Conducting site surveys and preparing detailed scopes of work
• Designing fire suppression systems (gaseous and water-based) using hydraulic analysis
• Producing technical documentation including manuals, test procedures, and specifications
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges
• Ensuring all work meets certification, QA/QC, and health & safety standards
• Supporting bids, tenders, and contributing to new product development
• Participating in risk assessments including HAZID, HAZOP, and SIL studies
• Overseeing projects from concept through to offshore installation and completion
We’re looking for someone with:
• A minimum of HNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline (BSc/BEng preferred)
• Proven experience in fire suppression system design and implementation
• Familiarity with NFPA, BS, and other relevant fire safety standards
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
