Your Impact
As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles that directly fuel our growth and mission. You’ll act as a talent advisor, not an order-taker—shaping role profiles, influencing hiring decisions, and building pipelines that scale with the business. You’ll partner with driven sales leaders, operate with urgency and accountability, and help raise the bar for what “great” looks like across our sales organization. Recruiting here is a team sport, but ownership matters—and you’ll have plenty of it.
This role is based out of our Boston, MA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. We believe that connection fuels innovation, and our in-office culture is designed to foster meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.

Own the full lifecycle recruiting process—from proactive sourcing through close—for sales roles across the business.

Partner closely with sales leaders to define what excellence actually looks like, not just what’s written on a req.

Build intentional, future-ready talent pipelines across our go-to-market organization—including Account Executives, Strategic Customer Success Managers, Key Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and more.

Use data and market insight to guide decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring outcomes.
