Shift: 9:00 AM-9:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $21.25 an hour

Reporting to the Team Lead Quality, you will perform physical testing of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and specification standards at the Henning Conagra Plant. You will support the production of PAM cooking spray and partner with a team of over 150 associates to maintain product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

You will perform material and finished product testing to verify compliance with specifications.
You will educate production specialists on testing functions to support consistent product quality.
You will verify that material sampling and customer documentation are completed daily.
You will perform line checks during manufacturing to ensure quality standards are maintained.
You will inspect and verify that ingredients and components meet specification requirements before use in production.
You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand while maintaining quality standards.
Cleanliness is important in our facilities. You will help maintain a clean work area to comply with food safety and Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

High School diploma or GED
Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Overtime may be required to support production demand
This is a physical role that includes lifting boxes up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, and frequent use of hands
Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery, moving parts, noise, and varying temperatures
Commitment to safety practices and use of provided personal protective equipment
