About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the team behind two of the most influential platforms in tech and innovation: TOKEN2049 and SuperAI.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping shape how we hire, develop our employer brand, and build a strong culture as the company continues to scale globally.
You will work closely with founders and hiring managers across functions including events, marketing, partnerships, production, and operations to attract exceptional talent from the worlds of AI, crypto, technology, and global conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions and regions.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.

Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates globally across tech, media, events, and operations.

Manage candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Business Partnering

Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand team goals and workforce needs.

Provide market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.

People Operations
