Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing key technologies, including Okta, Jamf, Intune, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Okta for identity and access management.
- Oversee administration of Jamf for managing Apple devices.
- Administer Intune for mobile device management and security of our Windows devices.
- Administer and support Google Workspace applications and services.
- Manage Slack for team communication and collaboration.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role, supporting an international organization of 100+ employees.
- Strong understanding of network and system security principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is a must!
- Strong dedication to customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with automation
- Proficiency with Okta, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- In office presence required 2 days per week.
